Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with Natural Kuru. Once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to offer any returns/refunds/exchanges, due to COVID-19.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Canceling an Order
Although we do not offer returns, you may cancel an order before it has been shipped. There is approximately a 2-4 day processing time to cancel an order by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to cancel an order:
In the email, please include: Full Name, Shipping Address and Order #.
Invalid Shipping Address
Please double check when entering your shipping address to avoid paying additional shipping fees. If the order status is "delivered", it is out of our hands.
How to change shipping address:
If the order has not been shipped and the address is incorrect, please contact email@example.com. In the email, please include: Full Name, Shipping Address and Order #.
